Tai Chi Foundations: Next Class

If you liked our first class in Concert Park, why not join us again on Sunday, September 12 at 10 a.m. for Tai Chi Foundations. We will start with a warmup to help us find and release tension and circulate Qi (chee), our energy and vitality, and then flow through several movements that follow the rhythms and patterns of nature and the movements of animals, such as blossoming, waterfall, digging in the garden, the tiger, the crane, and the dragon. We will end with a standing meditation and some time at the end to meet others in the class and share our experiences with each other.
